Starting a Return:
To start the return process, make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags still attached.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Process:
We try to keep things simple. Once we get your returned item and check it over, we’ll issue a refund back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.
If you'd like to speed things up, send us a photo or video of any damage or defects so we can address the issue more quickly.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days. Just a heads-up: your bank or credit card provider might take an extra 3-5 business days to finalize it.
